Bet Pawa's Terms and Conditions – Fully in English

By accessing the Bet Pawa platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you will not be permitted to use Bet Pawa's services.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Bet Pawa and the user, and have been prepared in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh and international online gaming regulations.

In this document, "Bet Pawa", "we", and "our" refer to betpawa-bangla.com and its operating entity. "User", "you", and "member" refer to anyone using Bet Pawa's services.

The following requirements must be met to open an account with Bet Pawa:

• If multiple people from the same household wish to open accounts, they must notify the support team in advance.

Bet Pawa reserves the right to verify any account even after registration is complete. Accounts registered with false information may be suspended and balances forfeited.

Bet Pawa follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to prevent money laundering and ensure user safety.

When is KYC required?

• Before your first withdrawal
• If transactions exceed the specified limit
• If Bet Pawa detects any suspicious activity
• For large withdrawal amounts

What documents are required?

• National ID Card (NID) or a clear photo of your passport
• Proof of mobile banking number (screenshot)
• Proof of current address, if required

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours. Your account may be temporarily restricted during the verification process.

Deposit Rules

• Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved mobile banking channels.
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 BDT
• Once a deposit is successful, it will be credited to your account balance instantly.
• All deposits must come from your own bank or mobile banking account.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 BDT
• Withdrawals for verified accounts are processed in an average of 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals for unverified accounts may be delayed.

Withdrawing funds earned from a bonus requires meeting the wagering requirements associated with that bonus.

The following rules are strictly enforced when betting on Bet Pawa:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Pre-match bets placed before a match begins will be refunded if the match is cancelled.
• For live betting, if the odds change, your bet will be settled at the updated odds.
• If the outcome of any bet is disputed due to a technical error, the decision of Bet Pawa authority is final.
• Bet Pawa reserves the right to void any bet if unusual betting patterns are detected on a match.

Accumulator Bet

You can place accumulator bets by combining multiple events. If one event is cancelled, the remaining events in the bet will still stand.

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to each market and event, as displayed on the platform. Bet Pawa may adjust these limits at any time.

Bet Pawa regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are outlined on the promotions page.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must first meet the specified wagering requirements.
• If Bonus Abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is strictly prohibited.
• Bet Pawa reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bet Pawa platform:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Match fixing or any form of gambling manipulation
• Placing bets automatically using software or bots
• Exploiting any vulnerability or glitch in the platform
• Unauthorized access to another member's account
• Threats, harassment, or abusive conduct
• Use of false identity or documents

If any of these prohibited activities are detected, Bet Pawa will immediately close the account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action if necessary.

Bet Pawa reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• If KYC verification fails or fraudulent documents are submitted
• If suspicious or unusual transactions are detected
• Bonus Abuse
• At the user's own request (voluntary account closure)

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting the support team. If there is a valid balance remaining, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw funds before the account is closed.

Bet Pawa is not liable for the following:

• Losing a bet due to internet disconnection
• Issues with the user's own device or network
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment systems
• Loss resulting from sharing account credentials with another person
• Force Majeure – natural disasters, government orders, and similar events

Bet Pawa takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously. Our Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
